When we first opened our doors in Seminole, we did what most cafés do. We used ready-made syrups, focused on getting things going, and learned as we grew.

But somewhere along the way, we realized we wanted our drinks to feel more personal… more thoughtful… more us.

So we slowed down and started creating our own syrups in-house—one batch at a time. Real ingredients, gentle flavors, nothing unnecessary. Just something clean, organic, and truly delicious.

Our drinks became softer, more comforting, more intentional. And our space began to feel even more like home—not just for us, but for everyone who visits.
